What is ADR? It means Alternative Dispute Resolution. In other words
settlement of disputes without the necessity of court proceedings.
Even with the best case in the world litigation is an expensive gamble. There
can never be a guarantee of a successful outcome. It is better to avoid
litigation in the first place and to try and find a way of resolving disputes
between opposing parties in a quick cost effective and efficient way.
