We have for example assisted clients such as hotels, holiday resorts and members clubs with matters ranging from noise abatement notices to breaches of fire regulations.
We can advise you in respect of both the civil and criminal consequences arising from breaches of the relevant legislation and we can represent you at Court or in other tribunals.
In the past we have defended our clients in respect of alleged breaches of food labelling legislation, health and safety at work issues, fire certificate compliance, pollution claims and various other regulatory offences.
