Webster O'Brien was established in April 2004 by John Webster, Wayne Thompson
and Peta O'Brien.
The practice was originally intended to be a specialist litigation firm dealing
with insurance related matters, property damage claims, personal injury and
general commercial disputes.
However as the practice gained momentum instructions were received in a wide
range of areas, particularly from clients looking for advice in respect of
commercial and property transactions.
